1.1 Welcome

Welcome to the hibaj platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the hibaj website and all associated services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

1.2 Key Definitions

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use hibaj's services. Minors are not permitted to open an account. Users must provide accurate information about their actual age at the time of registration. We may request an ID card or other documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Conditions

The following conditions must be met to open an account on hibaj:

• You must be eligible to use online gaming services under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may open one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• An account may not be created on behalf of a third party.

2.3 Account Verification

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

hibaj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Registering under the identity of a minor.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the hibaj platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank.

hibaj does not currently support any payment method other than those listed above.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount via any payment method is ৳300. There is no set maximum deposit limit; however, large transactions may require additional verification. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The withdrawal method and the account holder must belong to the same person.

hibaj reserves the right to hold withdrawals for investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

3.4 Transaction Fees

hibaj generally does not charge any additional fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a bank) may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hibaj offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

The bonus applies to eligible account holders only and is issued once.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = completing ৳30,000 in bets makes the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

The following are additional conditions related to wagering:

• Only bets placed with bonus funds will count towards wagering.
• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from the wagering calculation.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• The same person claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Intentionally placing opposing bets to avoid fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Fulfilling wagering requirements through a group or syndicate.

hibaj reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if evidence of abuse is found.

5.1 VIP Tiers

hibaj offers three VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Users can advance to a higher tier through continued active play. hibaj reserves the right to make discretionary decisions regarding tier changes.

5.2 Cashback Conditions

Cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited to the account within a set timeframe. Cashback funds are directly withdrawable and are not subject to additional wagering requirements; however, hibaj reserves the right to change this policy upon future notice.

6.1 Our Commitment

• Forfeiture of all balances in the account.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the hibaj platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is the exclusive property of hibaj or its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limitations on Use

A limited permission is granted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content without prior permission.
• Using hibaj's brand or logo without authorization.
• Reverse engineering or modifying the platform's software.
